Photoshoot Preparation

To make your photoshoot enjoyable, easy, and filled with beautiful, lively images, we’ll go through the preparation process together. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way:

1. Getting Acquainted & Discussing Ideas
We’ll chat or message to talk through your expectations, the mood you’d like to capture, and the overall format of the shoot. This helps define the general style — from soft romance to bold creativity.

2. Choosing the Location
Based on the concept, I’ll suggest several location options — from cozy studios and charming city streets to natural landscapes or unique interiors. We’ll consider the season, lighting, and accessibility.

3. Creating the Look
Using the chosen idea and location as a base, I’ll help you select clothing and accessories. If needed, I can also recommend a makeup artist or stylist. It’s important that you feel confident and comfortable on camera.

4. Setting the Time
We’ll choose the time of day based on the natural lighting and location. The golden hour — morning or late afternoon — often provides especially soft and beautiful light.

5. Final Details
The day before the shoot, I’ll send a reminder and check in about the weather. If needed, we’ll adjust the plan. You’ll also receive a checklist so you know exactly what to bring with you.

My goal is not just to take photos, but to help you preserve warm, sincere moments. Good preparation is the key to helping you relax and truly enjoy the process.

Payment,
Cancellation Policy & Studio Booking
After we confirm the date and details of the photoshoot, I kindly ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This confirms your reservation and allows me to fully reserve the day and time for you. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

If the shoot is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. For cancellations made earlier than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new date by mutual agreement.

If your session takes place in a rented studio, the studio fee is paid separately. I’ll suggest several suitable options based on your style and budget. The studio is booked after the deposit is received, and the rental cost depends on the location, duration, and time of day.

I’m here to make the planning process smooth and transparent, so you can fully enjoy your shoot.
